(Update) Realpuki Pre-Order Period & Lunar New Year Holiday Notice

Dear Customers. 

We are most excited to announce Realpuki A La Carte Pre-Order will be available for a short period of time from Thursday, February 8th, 2024 (KST)
 

No full packages will be released this time as this shot pre-order will open as an answer to many popular demands from customers who never got a chance to purchase Realpuki previously & from customers who wish to extend their Realpuki family. We welcome everyone to take this opportunity to welcome them to your dollie family. As no further details are available to website administrators, any questions regarding Realpuki will not be attended until we come back from Lunar New Year Holiday.

Pre-Order end date is still yet to be decided but we will try to provide a 2 week notice in advance prior closing the pre-order period. However, the order period may close without notice in order to process orders within given processing time. 


FairyLand team will be closed during Lunar New Year Holiday period from Thursday, February 8th till Tuesday, February 13th, 2024.

Shopping mall administration works and order processing will resume from Wednesday, February 14th, 2024. 

In order to prevent clogging of customer service boards, 1:1 board will be closed and reopened again when we are back.
Email inquiries, submitted through dollfairyland@gmail.com will be also left unattended during weekends and public holidays as previously but automated acknowledgement reply will be made during this period.


All inquiries are dealt with same amount of importance and it doesn't make a difference where you leave yours. Some inquiries take more time to answer due to nature of problem / inquiry raised but not a single inquiry is left unattended at FairyLand.


Any email inquiries submitted during holiday periods will be translated and dealt with as soon as possible.
