Although this is sudden, we will be conducting emergency maintenance on our online shop today.

There have been occasional issues in the past where PayPal real-time payments were not completed successfully. These cases were very rare and it was difficult to identify the exact cause. The new Valérie Elf Head was created based on a long-time customer’s request for a custom modification.
While the head is technically based on our existing Phoeb head, we incorporated the requested changes using the customer’s written notes and reference images. Although the final design may not perfectly match the customer’s original intention, we hope this serves as a meaningful attempt—and we plan to continue exploring this level of customization for future releases.

The new Valérie Elf Head was created in response to a long-time customer’s repeated request for a custom modification.
The head is based on our existing Phoeb head, and the adjustments were made using the customer’s written notes and reference images. We are happy to share that the customer is very satisfied with the final result.

We plan to continue exploring this level of customization in the future, so we hope those interested will look forward to what comes next.

Lastly, Valérie is the name of the customer’s late mother. We kindly ask that when referencing the Valérie head, even if it may not fully match your taste, you speak of it with warmth and respect.

We would like to share a brief update regarding the upcoming Winter Event, which many of you have been asking about. Sales are expected to begin sometime next week, and we will provide a full announcement with detailed information soon. In the meantime, here are a few key points and changes we would like to inform you of in advance.

1. No New Full Packages This Winter
Due to ongoing difficulties with mass-producing outfit sets, we will not be releasing new fullset packages for this Winter Event.

2. Skin Lineup Adjustment
We were unable to finalize the MiniFee, FairyLine, and related parts’ skin lineup after the Halloween Event.

With the start of the Winter Event, the skins for MiniFee, FairyLine, and related parts will be updated as follows:

We are pleased to introduce our new release: MiniFee Serenia Designers Complete (Serenity of the Lake Spirit).

Due to many challenges during production, this release will be offered as a limited quantity sale of 80 sets only, instead of a time-limited sale.
Please also note that only the Designers Complete package—which includes resin parts with painting—is available this time. We ask for your kind understanding.

To offer more options, the new Serenia head will be available in both Human and Elf versions, and Elf Gray and Blue Gray skins are newly added for this release.

In addition, the Serenia and Serenia Elf heads will also be updated in the a la carte line-up, so those interested in the basic versions will still be able to purchase them separately.

Halloween Event Period

This is an urgent notice regarding EMS shipments.

We have just been informed by the EMS operations office that all EMS shipments to the United States will be temporarily suspended starting August 26.

The reason given is as follows:

“Since customs declaration and duties are now required for all shipments bound for the U.S., the current international postal network system cannot properly process shipments. Therefore, EMS and related services to the U.S. will be temporarily suspended.”

For customers who have requested shipments to the United States, please kindly take note of the following:

• EMS Premium will continue to operate normally.

• If you have chosen EMS as your shipping method, we will either upgrade your shipment to EMS Premium or hold your package until EMS service is resumed.

• Once services are restored, please be aware that customs declaration procedures may change, and we may need to request additional information from you in accordance with the updated system.

It has been a while since our last announcement, and we understand that many of you may have been looking forward to news of an event. Unfortunately, this is not an event notice.

Due to internal preparations, we will not be able to hold a summer event this year. However, we are working to ensure that the Halloween event can take place as planned.

Regarding the dolls sold during the Sarang Event:

We would like to share details about the upcoming release of the FeePle76 items.

As mentioned during the live session, the FeePle76 body does not include magnets. The head also does not come with magnets by default.
While both the body and the head are designed to allow magnets to be added, the FeePle76 body is particularly sensitive to balance issues due to its size. Including large or multiple magnets may negatively affect stability.


For this reason, neither the body nor the head will be produced with magnets included.

Launch Event
A discount will be applied to the FeePle76 Male Body during the launch period.
