(May.31) December Shipping Status and Increase in Sleeping Head Price

Dear Customers,
We are happy to announce that the new website has been launched as of May 27th, 2021.
There are still many areas for improvement especially in terms of design but we will do our best to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.
> Shipping Status
Currently, we are shipping orders placed in mid to late December in sequence according to the order date and order content.
We are aware that current processing days displayed in the sales page does not reflect the outstanding processing time.
Please note that during backlogged times, even a day or an hour could make a difference in the processing queue.
We receive inordinate amount of shipping inquires everyday and we kindly ask our customers to place shipping inquiries when absolutely necessary as a result (ie. you are moving away and need to make arrangements etc) and refrain from asking shipping date questions just out of curiosity because your friends started to receive their orders. We do understand that many customers are interested to know the shipping dates, but it would be more beneficial for you if the administrators spend more time on the actual packaging jobs rather than checking on order progress and replying to each inquiry.
Please note that your order is likely to be delayed by 0.5 ~ 3 business days upon each shipping inquiry as your order needs to be pulled out from the processing queue to be inspected and to calculate the approximate shipping time. The entire processing line does not halt and wait until inspection for your order is finished and as a result another person's order(s) might have taken over your queue while shipping status inspection takes place. This also delays the general processing speed of entire FairyLand orders as the inspection is carried out by the central administrator who overlooks finishing checkup of before shipping orders.

> Sleeping Head Price Increase
MiniFee and FairyLine Sleeping Head is currently sold for $45.00 at discount price but due to increase in materials, it became inevitable that we increase the price of the sleeping head to $70.00 when the new full package(s) is released. A pre-notice for the new release will be posted on the website when the release is imminent.
Due to increase in logistics and increase in price for materials, we are faced with an incredible amount of difficulties. This especially includes increased shipping price, which wasn't accepted with the most welcoming response.
Previously, shipping fee was calculated by the weight of the package and distance to the destination country but due to change in EMS shipping policy, shipping fee is now determined either by either the weight or the volume weight of the package depending on more expansive calculation (Volume Weight Calculation: Weight(Kg) = Width(cm) X Length(cm) X Height(cm) / 6000 ). We want you to know that we are doing our best to offer the most economic rate as possible and we also bear the cost of shipping in order to minimise the burden on our customers.
