FairyLand team will be closed during Korean Chuseok Holiday period from Friday, September 9th 2022 till Tuesday, September 13th 2022. 

Shopping mall administration works and order processing will resume from Wednesday, September14th 2022. 

In order to prevent clogging of 1:1 board will be closed and reopened again when we are back.

Email inquiries, submitted through dollfairyland@gmail.com will be also left unattended during weekends and public holidays as previously

but automated acknowledgement reply will be made during this period. 

All inquiries are dealt with same amount of importance and it doesn't make a difference where you leave yours. 

Some inquiries take more time to answer due to nature of problem / inquiry raised but not a single inquiry is left without an answer at FairyLand. 

Any email inquiries submitted during holiday periods will be translated and dealt with as soon as possible.

We also would like to take this opportunity to announce that shipping to China has been suspended for the time being until further notice due to ever changing shipping policy notices that we can no longer keep up with, due to COVID-19 situation at destination addresses. Should you wish to place order from China, please place your order through one of our regional dealers, listed in the Family Sites link.
