Dear Customers, 
 FairyLand team will be closed during June Korean Election Day Holiday period from Friday, June 3rd, 2022 till Monday, June 6th, 2022.
Shopping mall administration works and order processing will resume from Tuesday, June 7th, 2022.

In order to prevent clogging of customer service boards, CS board will be closed and reopened again when we are back. Email inquiries, submitted through dollfairyland@gmail.com will be also left unattended during weekends and public holidays as previously but automated acknowledgement reply will be made during this period.

All inquiries are dealt with same amount of importance and it doesn't make a difference where you leave yours. Some inquiries take more time to answer due to nature of problem / inquiry raised but not a single inquiry is left without an answer at FairyLand. Any email inquiries submitted during holiday periods will be translated and dealt with as soon as possible.
